I collaborate closely with the Tax Manager to review and verify monthly tax filings, maintaining strict adherence to deadlines and regulatory requirements. During the company's initial stages, I played a crucial role in coordinating with the IT department to launch the financial system, focusing on designing SAP process nodes, setting up master data, crafting the financial blueprint, and establishing local accounting entries in alignment with local accounting standards and tax regulations. I independently audit and develop the internal control procedures for financial operations, enhancing our financial integrity and compliance. I manage all aspects of the company's finances, including capital allocation, cost and accounting analysis, and I play a crucial role in the analysis and decision-making for significant business activities, providing financial insights to support strategic decisions. I lead the financial team to create a robust financial system, ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports. My responsibilities also extend to managing and overseeing the company's funds during operational processes, including the review and management of financial arrangements. I supervise the local operational funds and daily expense verification, ensuring all financial activities are conducted within budget and company guidelines. I was actively involved in the initial phase of integrating the local accounting systems to streamline financial processes. In my comprehensive role, I manage the customer registration and credit approval processes, ensuring a streamlined and efficient experience for new and existing clients. I am responsible for the verification of expense reimbursement documents, maintaining fiscal responsibility and compliance with company policies. I oversee the customer order approval and shipping processes, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. My duties include managing local financial transactions such as collections, expenses, and output tax, as well as coordinating local warehouse stock transfers and shipment postings. I ensure the accuracy of sales data between local systems and SAP, contributing to the integrity of financial reporting. I produce weekly revenue reports for subsidiaries, manage accounts receivable, and perform customer reconciliations, ensuring financial health and client satisfaction. My responsibilities extend to managing overseas bank accounts and local inventory, ensuring operational efficiency and financial security. I oversee the management of customer credit insurance risks, safeguarding the company’s financial interests. I handle the subsidiary’s tax affairs, including the collection and organization of tax documents, and provide sales data for the creation of the representative office's profit and loss statements. I produce monthly business analysis reports for the representative office, offering insights into performance and operational efficiency. I lead the annual budgeting process for subsidiaries, covering sales revenue, selling expenses, and profit and loss forecasts, ensuring strategic alignment with company goals. Finally, I report monthly on the budget and local expenses for the representative offices, maintaining strict control over financial operations and planning.
