RESPONSIBILITIES : • Defining the project goals (NPI) for any new product. • Create schedules and timelines for project, prepare and release work instructions as per the SOP manual. • Managing the resources required for project competition on time. • Coordinating with team members and communication with all stakeholders across functions, thereby enabling their activities for achieving tasks. • Monitor the performance of each team member and provide timely guidance to achieve results. • Regular analysis of the progress against set milestones and documentation. • Managing changes to existing process based on feedback and timely implementation. • Analyze and evaluate the process to find the root cause of defects and deviations on yield. • Provide actions to develop quality and implement corrective actions on defects. • Provide service and support during in-house customer visit. • Risk management- Propose solutions to issues related to part functioning for defect reduction. • Review and investigate product failure analysis, provide timely feedback to team members. • Provide support/coordination on any engineering change/evaluation request from customer. • Monitor each team member and assist them in learning new skills and help in career progression. • Continuous implementation of improvement initiatives to enhance organization’s effectiveness. • Create positive work environment in the team and motivate them to grow.
