Identify all major risk by conducting risk assessments, generating reasonableness models testing the accuracy of an institution’s income statement, and performing loan and credit quality reviews of loan portfolios. Prepare financial statements and reports of audit findings for Management, Board of Directors and Shareholders. Discussing findings and recommend actions to improve the integrity of the institution. Formulate and issue a formal opinion of the operational soundness of financial institutions.

Safeguard assets and assure accurate and timely recording of all transactions by implementing policy and controls to govern the financial integrity of the bank. Ensured fiscal stability through the preparation and monitoring of financial budgets. Supervised employees and actions of the accounting department including; accounts payable, wire transfers, bank and general ledger reconcilement, bond accounting, federal funds settlement, prepaid expenses and reserve accounting. Prepared and submitted quarterly Consolidated Reports of Condition and Income to the FDIC and annual financial statements to the institution’s Shareholders. Provided management with analytical reviews of all rates, expenses and income in order to maximize profitability and generate deposit growth.
