Chad oversees Garney’s South- Central pipe operations covering AR, OK, and Houston, TX. He estimates and negotiates new work and manages all phases of construction and contract management for Garney’s South-Central pipe projects. These pipe projects range from $500K to over $75M in contract value and sizes under 6-inches to over 8 feet in diameter, all with their own unique challenges. These projects also include different delivery methods such as CMAR, Design – Build , and Traditional Design, Bid, Build. Chad is a hard-working, extremely detail oriented manager who has a flawless history of exceeding our clients expectations with a “whatever it takes” attitude.
