Coach and supervise 3 Quality Inspectors, 1 on each shift to complete thorough Final Inspection Audits in a effective and timely manner. Coordinate 3 QA Lab Technicians on complete part layouts, capability studies, and daily duties to keep the production cells running all 3 shifts. Train and coach a group of 5, third party inspectors to visually and dimensionally inspect parts 100% for possible issues or GP-12 before making a shipment. Coordinate with logistics to push all material through TPI and still ensure we make all required shipments every day.

Complete final inspection audits on all product before it can be shipped. Assist production operators with any concerns about product they are currently producing. Maintain and repair any type of gages used in the shop. Basic running of Zeiss CMM, Mitutoyo Formtracer, Optical Comparator, Micrometers, and calipers.
