Working on renovations and construction of houses, warehouses and apartments, being responsible for managing contractors, work schedules, acquisition and delivery of materials in a timely manner so as not to compromise the project.

As a Site Manager, I led subcontractors and represented GE in customer interactions, successfully overseeing the installation of over 800 GE/Alstom wind turbines across seven Brazilian states, as well as in Chile and Argentina. These projects delivered a combined capacity of over 2 GW of installed power. By leading multidisciplinary teams, I ensured projects were delivered under budget, meeting strict deadlines, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. My commitment to operational excellence and safety resulted in two board-level awards recognizing my contributions to cost efficiency and project delivery.

Coordinated the activities of subcontracted teams for receiving, quality inspection, and electromechanical assembly of wind turbines. Additionally, served as Project Site Manager, leading the team responsible for unloading 107 GE 1.6MW wind turbines into the temporary storage area within less than 30 days, achieving the expected revenue targets for the quarter. Collaborated with the contractor to define a first-in, first-out (FIFO) layout, resulting in significant savings by optimizing logistics and storage processes, reducing costs by a total of R$30 million.

Working in assistance to the Subcontractor manager. I was responsible for claims control, schedules and field activities. In this position, I gathered evidence that generated a claim of around 1MM USD against the crane subk for delays related to the lack of availability of equipment in the Alto Sertões I wind project (184 WTG GE 1.6MW).

Working at GE Energy's MCS division in Campinas, I was responsible for managing the commissioning and maintenance team for Bently Nevada vibration monitoring systems. Acted in the control of the activities carried out versus the activities foreseen in the contract, relocating teams or generating claims in situations where the client did not fulfill its scope and kept idle resources during the contracted period.

Working as Project Manager (Legal Entity), I was responsible for consolidating the work of all teams in the civil, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation disciplines in Petrochemical industries projects. Developed and monitored schedules and physical and financial measurements.

Acting in the elaboration of schedules of the refinery expansion activities (pipelines and equipment). Coordination of the planning and leadership team for the implementation of the ISO 9001 standard.

Leading subcontractors for field installation of the maintenance system at coak oven doors for steel production at COSIPA (Usiminas).

Monitoring of equipment manufacturing in the factory, ensuring fidelity to projects, quality and manufacturing deadlines. Management of subcontractors in the electromechanical installation of equipment in the field, representing the company to customers.
