From the autumn of 2016, I split my time between IT-architecture consulting and helping manage Init.

Consuting on Unix systems architecture and/or Perl.

Developing in-house sales support and product management system. Responsible for server-side systems design for our main product.

Web shop development for an online bookseller.

Unix systems and SAN administration.

Consulting Unix sysadmin, mostly at various subdivisions of Ericsson.

Assembling PCs according to customer orders, providing tech support for hardware and Windows 3.0.

I'm a manager at B3IT Init half my time, and coordinate B3IT Init's consultants at Valmyndigheten the other half, serving as contact person for Valmyndigheten, project manager and general organizer. It's a more interesting job than it may sound like, particularly in a national election year.

I take care of B3 Init's systems developers, and do my best to make both them and their number grow. I make sure they have well-paid and interesting contracts, and I provide the support they need to excel at helping their clients. As part of Init's management team, I also help guide the company toward continued profitability, sustainable growth and ethical behavior.
