I have an infinite mindset with over 20 years in cheese manufacturing, dairy and biotech industries. During my career, I have held various roles in operations, technical services and sales, allowing me to become an advocate and resource for the cheese industry, with a genuine passion for fermentation and cheese making. My just cause is to encourage an environment where teams of visionaries accomplish the unthinkable. My vision and ambition is to Pioneer the next industry shift to grow a better world. Naturally. I am currently the Director of Sales for North America at Novonesis and a member of the North American Leadership Team.
