Directly supervise ProCare OnSite Specialists, including onboarding, performance evaluations, career development. Provide coaching, leadership, and professional development to Specialists across the territory to ensure high performance and service excellence. Partner closely with Endoscopy Sales Representatives to strengthen customer engagement, enhance Specialist support, and drive growth of the ProCare business. Build and maintain relationships with hospital administrators and clinicians, addressing feedback and ensuring optimal Specialist performance. Support the successful implementation of new accounts, with a focus on onboarding and performance management of OnSite Specialists. Deliver monthly regional performance and activity reports to the Regional Service Manager, including headcount updates and operational insights. Ensure timely completion of required training and SLMS assignments for all Specialists. Coordinate with Operations Associates to ensure adequate coverage for sick leave, vacation, and staffing needs. Maintain strict adherence to all company policies and the Sales Code of Conduct.

Provide direct surgical OR support by anticipating equipment needs during procedures and managing all relevant Stryker devices and others Troubleshoot and maintain Stryker systems and other related surgical equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize disruptions. Serve as a liaison between departments, working cross-functionally with surgeons, OR staff, SPD teams, and biomedical engineering to deliver seamless support. Maintain accurate procedural data, usage metrics, and account records to support service continuity and compliance. Educate OR staff and physicians on new and existing Stryker products, contributing to continuous product awareness and improved clinical outcomes. Take ownership of equipment management within the Sterile Processing Department, ensuring all tools are sterile, functional, and case-ready. Participate in rotating shifts and provide on-call clinical support as required by the medical facility. Stay up to date through ongoing Stryker education and training programs, ensuring technical expertise and product knowledge are always current. Support travel needs (50-60%) to assist other accounts as needed, contributing to a flexible and solutions-driven team.

Worked with team members to collect blood, urine and stool samples at Allen Hospital and their associated nursing homes such as Harmony House. I was responsible for drawing lab work for routine, time study, and STAT samples from all floors and the emergency department. I am proficient in drawing blood from various sites on a diverse population of patients. I assisted in training new lab personnel and enjoyed helping others become more experienced.
