My firm is a non-litigation family law firm that uses out of court processes to help you through your divorce or other family conflict. I believe that with appropriate and available resources, you are more suited to make decisions about your children, your money and your property than a stranger judge. I work in consensual dispute resolution processes that are vastly different from traditional divorce/family litigation. Non-litigation processes such as Collaborative Divorce and mediation are generally less costly (both financially and emotionally) than traditional family litigation and more private, keeping personal matters, documents and issues from public view. My goal is to keep your family at the forefront of the matter--where you should be.
