Helping placed candidates in acquiring new projects on completion of their current project and also helping Vendors place bench consultants. • Understanding and analyzing technical requirements and providing the best resumes for our clients ensuring that the positions are closed before other vendors. • Worked on requirements not only for direct clients but also for implementing partners of the company such as TCS. • Having to work on all sorts of Niche requirements without any supervision. • Involved not only in sourcing, submitting, and coordinating interview process but also involved with documentation after the selection process.
