As Supply Chain Manager at Omega Manufacturing, I lead the full logistics and procurement operation of the company — from inventory control and purchasing to warehouse management and material flow. My role ensures that production has everything it needs to run smoothly, safely, and on time. A key focus of my work is implementing and managing MRP and ERP systems like NetSuite, integrating logistics with production, accounting, and demand planning. I work closely with our warehouse and planning teams to maintain robust inventory levels, minimize waste, and align raw material procurement with production goals. I also manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing and terms, and oversee documentation and compliance with GMP, OSHA, and internal SOPs. Beyond logistics, I support customer relationships directly, helping anticipate demand and align our supply strategy with real-time needs.
