Ensure the safe operations of ships and compliance to all international marine requirements. Implementation and upkeep of the Safety Management System and conduct regular ship inspections to ensure compliance to the statutory requirements. Provide guidance to the Ship Master onboard for nautical matters and also conduct incident investigation onboard the ship. Promote and develop a culture of continuous improvement in pursuit of organisational objectives.
