Employee Affairs Management: In charge of overseeing employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. Address and resolve employee concerns and issues promptly and professionally. Implement policies and practices that support employee well-being and engagement. Payroll Management: In charge of administering and managing payroll processes for multiple countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations. Coordinate with finance and HR departments to streamline payroll operations and address any discrepancies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll regulations in each country to ensure compliance.
