* Control, maintain and Improve the product manufacturing process yield to achieve customer requirement * Analyze / Investigate the root cause for line fallouts and customer complaints and advise corrective action * Conduct and implement Engineering changes to custoumer product ( ECN ) * Handling and prepare New Product ( NPI ) * Manufacturing process documentation including methods, BOM and part structure. * Feedback to supplier if any part issue and Feedback to customer if any PCB design issue ( DFM ) * Train production staff in the assembly/test for new product and product continue * Follow up and give process instruction for product return by customer * Liaise with tooling vendor to design and fabricate necessary tooling or fixture to manufacture product * Setting Parameter Oven Machine, Wave solder, Miniport & SRT Machine for new product

*  Make and monitor program CNC to improve cycle product *  Set-up, repair, and maintain machine CNC *  Responsible to Engineer regarding quality and quantity issue *  Brief and manage operator on production
