As a laboratory instructor, my responsibilities include: lecturing students about laboratory safety and procedure, performing various material testing, and managing students' time and performance in the lab.

As a graduate research assistant at the Construction Engineering Research Laboratory, I was responsible for conducting research in the areas of structural and construction engineering. My responsibilities included: performing literature searches of publications applicable to work in progress, reviewing design drawings and calculations, performing data reduction and analysis, and assisting the Principal Investigator by preparing test specimens for laboratory experiments.

My responsibilities as a CM intern at Sarfarazi Realty and Development included: monitoring labor crews' productivity, preparing and analyzing crew balance work charts, conducting field reports to monitor progress, cold calling contractors to collect bid and scope of work estimates, managing project budget and expenditures, preparing leasing contracts and organizing tenant rent rolls.

Founded as a family-owned corporation, AJS Ocala Holdings is a property holding and management company specializing in residential and retail property. Through my time with AJS, I have co-purchased several investment properties, finalized sales agreements and title transfers, performed due diligence studies on potential investments, oversaw renovation and tenant improvement contracts, and worked with real estate brokers to market properties for sale.
