I was extremely privileged to lead teams of action-oriented problem solvers through numerous high-risk, high-reward situations to deliver disproportionately effective outcomes...frequently at extremely short notice, often without complete information and almost always in unhospitable environments.

Supported daily administrative functions as well as short notice and enduring operational deployments through detailed personnel and risk management, capability development, and global logistics and resourcing. This role also required training and qualification delivery, often at extremely short notice, in support of operational requirements abroad while meeting governance & compliance mandates. Among other unique opportunities while in this role, I was selected to travel independently across multiple countries in an R&D capacity, leading to the procurement of specialised equipment to enhance passive and active security infrastructure for personnel serving abroad.

Responsible for the training & assessment of Special Operations Forces candidates during the lengthy Selection & Reinforcement cycle. Subject Matter Expertise facilitated an additional R&D/advisory role for niche capabilities.
