Cameron Mackenzie OLY

Cameron Mackenzie is the co-founder and former Head Distiller of Four Pillars Gin. He is possibly Australia’s most awarded gin distiller with five nominations for International Gin Producer of the Year at the International Wine & Spirits Competition (IWSC) in London, winning the trophy a record three times (2019, 2020 & 2023). Cameron has also been awarded Master Distiller of the Year at the UK Icons of Gin (2023), and was inducted into the UK Icons of Gin Hall of Fame (2024) and the Australian Distillers Association Hall of Fame (2024). Cameron lives in Healesville in the Yarra Valley where he built and managed the iconic Four Pillars Distillery from 2015 to 2024. He was the President of Spirits Victoria throughout 2025 and was the interim CEO of the Australian Distillers Association. Prior to Four Pillars he had a 15 year career in the Australian wine industry working in roles from production to winery management. Before that he had an athletic career that saw him represent Australia at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics in the 4x400m track relay (semi-finalists).
