Caio Nascimento

I am an engineering professional with international experience in large multinationals, and I currently work as a global component leader for a product line. I have experience as a project manager, working cross-functionally according to agile methodologies by having interface with different areas of the organization in different countries. Among my experiences, I have knowledge from the project conception, going through the stages of product development such as modeling, validation, prototype, quality until implementation on the line. I have previous experience in the automotive segment, where I had the opportunity to work on the development of new products in the cabin area with projects focused on innovation, cost reduction and continuous improvement. During my career, I was invited to participate in the first program: “Volvo Group Trucks Technology Student Mobility” where I worked directly at the headquarters in Sweden developing products focused on the LATAM market. My international experience provided me with development and ease of acting globally interacting with different cultures.
