Currently working with technical team of KSB in assembly and testing of different pumps used in large mechanical industries like oil and gas, steam power plant, nuclear power plant, chemical industries. Assembling the pump is set of procedure which gives real time experience what materials should be selected for particular component and suitable application.There are many small technical tricks which I learned that makes the production process more safer. Testing of pumps is big step and whole lot time consuming process. The reason behind is Alignment. The alignment of pump shaft with motor shaft is the key success behind successful test results of the pump. The alignment is checked radially and axially. Learning is different but when comes to work it is very difficult to achieve precision but learning and performing the task is my passion.
