Managing 250,000 employees’ payroll is possible with “Digitalization” as team size cannot be proportionate to payroll volumes. Running 6Sigma Payroll for a decade. Have managed a few interfaces between SAP / WorkDay to payroll System and many employee-centric programs - To achieve the Organizational and Functional Goals, Bulusu adopts ALIGNMENT, PRODUCTIVITY, EFFICIENCY, SUSTAINABILITY, SCALABILITY & GOVERNANCE Irrespective of volumes and complexities, he ensures Error-free, Timely and Compliance Payroll delivery. In the current role, Bulusu has been handling and managing scales for the last 6 years. In last 6 years, he has seen headcount growing from 60,000 to 200,000 and scale is continuing. He managed company-wide Business Changes, Process Improvements / implementation, Compliance Management, Tools Integration and Payroll Operations strategy. He also managed many migrations of M&A payrolls. He did a fantastic job on Business Continuity Management with respect to People, Process and Technology. He manages a few billion dollars compensation for a few millions of inputs. He is also expert in end to end Comp & Payroll Ops incl a/cing, Compliance / Stakeholder Management, Audits – Internal, Sox, Stat, Infosec, Client etc. He made best-in-class process, policy and procedure documentation. His work has been appreciated by top-most leadership including Chairman of the company. He received many recognition.
