• Assist Ara Engagement Team at Ara Events. • Communicate with students at all ages to inspire and motivate others to higher learning.

• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels. • Customer Service. • Community Engagement throughout the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. • Trained on Point of Sale. • Opening and Closing the shop. • Training new staff on Point of Sale, cleaning procedures and opening and closing the shop.

• Constructing and preparing boxes for product to be packaged. • Cleaning and checking vials for any blemishes or marks before packaging process. • Moving heavy boxes and/or machinery to various locations within the workplace. • Trained in “Quality Control”: Checking that the quality of the contents in each box is up to standard. • Constructing exterior shipping boxes and labelling them with shipping information. • Following all safety and hygiene practices in the workplace (wearing all required gear, no loose clothing or jewellery, etc.)

• Evaluate the integration of multiple systems and management process of venue operations. • Apply event planning using leisure theory, creativity, and event design concepts. • Apply risk management and sustainability systems. • Apply current theory to analyze, plan, monitor and control the marketing efforts related to events. • Evaluate current policies, procedures and practices related to New Zealand legislation. • Apply the principles and processes of current Health and Safety legislation.
