Referral Program Specialist Responsible for communication on status of applications to employees and referred candidates in a timely and efficient manner. Conduct training to educate new employees on the referral process. Perform initial screening on employee referrals and gather any additional information needed for resume submittal. Partner with recruiters to learn the necessary qualifications for open roles, and understand the general needs of the Software Engineering Department.
