I am passionate about what I do. And that’s my purpose! Throughout my professional career, I have been working in multiple industries including Mining & Metals, Fertilizers, Steel Mills and Automotive. I have been assuming leadership roles with increasing responsibility and across broad disciplines of sourcing and operations, combining experience in procurement and supply chain to achieve sustainable results, much beyond savings. People should be the center of the decisions, regardless of the matter. In this sense, I am working to be an inspirational leader, building relationships by creating partnerships, trust, sharing ideas and accomplishing work, helping others become more effective through strengths, expectations and coaching, creating accountability, holding myself and my team responsible for performance. Finally, leading change, embracing it and setting goals that align with a stated vision. With more than seventeen years of procurement experience, I have learned to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholder communities at all seniority levels, delivering results through people, working closely with the business and excel in the negotiations.
