Coordinated documentation process and information for expatriate’s relocation (pre-arrival, post-arrival and departure). Organized visits at schools, home-finding and presented the city to newcomers. Explained about settling-in procedures such as applying for driver’s license and documents to live in the country. Created the Destination Services Department newsletter with information about the city.

Managed documentation for study abroad students with focus in English courses – application form, acceptance letter, accommodation. Studied partner’s programs to understand what products CI was selling. Contacted with worldwide schools as ILAC (Canada), EC (South Africa), St Giles (England), among others. Supported all stores retail staff during sales, providing information about programs, destinations and accommodation.

Led tours of permanent and special exhibits of Brazilian authors – Clarice Lispector, Gilberto Freyre and Machado de Assis. Content development about Brazilian culture for student’s visits. Literature studies.

Intern. Explained about the importance of tourism for humpback whale conservation and Abrolhos island area. Conducted lectures for tourists. Researched behavior data for studies purpose. Developed environmental educational activities for community.

Incoming and outgoing mobility operations for more than 200 students. Administrative procedures as nominations, applications and enrollment. Contacted more than 60 universities and partners worldwide. Advised outgoing students planning exchange programs, explaining about destinations, universities and programs. Promoted events for the International office as example Welcome Week for incoming students, International Fair and, universities and students Info Sessions for outgoing students. Responsible for the Facebook page “Insper – International” focused on outgoing students.Provided information about programs opportunities, promoted exchange student’s tips and mobility information.

Supported professors and customers, organized materials and assistance during class activities. Reported to coordinator about class content and student’s satisfaction. Knowledge in online platform Blackboard.
