Design and implementation of internal control system from zero base. I was responsible for the following structured processes : planning and rolling budgets, monthly closing management, financial reporting, cost accounting, income statement certication of MBO, profitability analysis of the different measurement of control (customer / sku’s / channel), variance analysis, make or buy evaluation, economic valuation of lunch of the new products and new customers, ROI evaluation of production and commercial investments. Implementation of the management accounting setting in ERP system, in detail SAP modules: CO, PA, PS, BW. Definition of KPI to monitor the Company performances from both economical and business perspective.

tax compliance department: redact profit and loss and balance sheet, statutory financial statements, legal opinions on income taxes and VAT, tax planning, tax audit . Litigation tax department: instances in self-defense, requests for refunds, appeals tax, assessment with adhesion and all major activities related to litigation tax. Company customers : minimum turnover of 50 million euro
