I am the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Applied Materials, Inc. I also oversee Global Information Services, a key support function driving enterprise enablement. I have over 30 years of experience in finance, mergers and acquisitions, global operations, and strategy. Before joining Applied, I was Executive Vice President and CFO of Xilinx, Inc. until its acquisition by Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. I previously served at Intel Corporation for 25 years, including as CFO and Chief Operating Officer of the Technology, Systems and Core Engineering Group responsible for Intel’s manufacturing, R&D, and product engineering. I formerly served as Corporate Vice President of Intel’s Corporate Strategy and Business Unit Finance with responsibility across data center, PC and IoT products.
