Production Team Manager in the automotive industry, overseeing three business units (OES, Seat Components, and EBS Engines) and directly responsible for production supervision, quality, logistics, and industrial engineering. -Lead cross‑functional teams to achieve KPIs in production, quality, and safety -Deploy Lean methodologies (5S, Kaizen, SMED) and promote continuous improvement -Coordinate operations to ensure on‑time delivery, process efficiency, and waste reduction -Ensure compliance with standards and regulations (IATF 16949, ISO 9001) and enforce safety protocols -Serve as liaison with senior management through performance reporting and process optimization proposals

-Supervise and coordinate the activities necessary for the fulfillment of KPIs of the business unit (Productivity , OEE, Scrap , Shipments , Production cost and continuous improvement) . -Production responsible of Windows Regulator Motors. -Leading a team of more than 80 employees.

-Analyze and improve assembly times in production lines. -Documentation and process control (PFMEA). -Monitor daily the results of KPI’s and generate action plans for compliance based in OEE, FTQ and Scrap targets. -Engineering changes follow up. -Continuous improvement of the layout of their assigned areas according to the standards. -External and internal audits responsible. Clients (Valeo, Ford, VW, Audi, DTS, TRW, Continental). -Experience in 3 BU (Heating Ventilation Air Conditions, Electronics Breaks Systems and Windows Regulator Motors).
