In my time working at Bank Leumi, I gained instrumental knowledge about the operations of a mid-sized company in New York City. I was responsible for implementing internal controls and processes in line with the Sarbanes-Oxley at the Bank, which I use every day in helping guide my small/medium-sized business and nonprofit organization clients to success!

PwC was the springboard for my career. By providing audit and other financial statement services to dozens of clients in varying industries, I obtained a deep knowledge of accounting and financial statement analysis in this position. Additionally, I saw a plethora of ways companies were run, seeing what worked in many cases and what did not work in others. Managing teams on each of these engagements helped me develop my leadership skills which I use daily with my team at McAvoy CPA and with my clients in helping them unlock the full potential of their teams!
