Brian Hersh

I am currently studying corporate finance & accounting at Bentley University. Over the years, I have learned to lead a group of people effectively and efficiently. I am a quick learner open to finding new ways to solve problems. I have worked as a Front Desk Associate for D-BAT Cheshire, a baseball facility, where I learned to create and foster client relationships while managing cage rentals, clinics, and other events ensuring seamless coordination, preventing overlaps and conflicts. I am involved in extracurriculars here at Bentley through our investment banking club and investment group. There I have deepened my understanding of how equity research is conducted as well as built a strong technical foundation. I play baseball at Bentley, and it has taught me how to work with others to attain a common goal. I strive to be the example that others look towards because I believe without the respect of your peers you cannot be an effective leader.
