Responible for all global Treasury activities; capital markets including credit agreement, liquidity management, financing, acquisition activities, foreign exchange & interest rate hedging, cash flow forecasting, insurance placement, bank account consolidation, external communications with stakeholders (i.e. rating agencies), bank relationships, team development, etc.

Key responsibilities include management of all aspects within Treasury around the world to include supporting cash flow and P&L objectives, capital markets associated with managing/raising liquidity & debt, foreign exchange & commodity hedging strategies, rating agency & bank relationship management, team development initiatives, lead Investor Relations & financial communications with external stakeholders, etc.

Responsible for all aspects of Treasury globally. Amended Credit Agreement & Refinanced ABL and established additional financing with countries not collateralized under the Credit Agreement. Responsible for foreign exchange hedging, cash & liquidity management, cash flow forecast, bank relationships, insurance placement, etc. Additionally, led the Financial Performance Analysis team to establish monthly reporting cadence with the BOD and development of 5 year Budget & Business Plan.

Responsible for leading global Treasury activities for Aptiv (formerly Delphi). Activities include Treasury Operations (cash pooling, cash flow & liquidity mgmt, banking relationships, etc.); FX/Commodity Risk Mgmt; Acquisitions, Divestitures, Spin-Off, and Restructuring; Insurance; Treasury Reporting Systems (cash/debt and FX/Commodity; Budget & Forecasting; Investment Committee Mgmt; SOX certification; Finance HR recruiting lead; etc.

CFO of the business unit, Independent Aftermarket. Responsible for all financial activities: Accounting, Budget/Forecast & variance analysis, Business Case Development, Mergers & Acquisitions, Risk Mitigation, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet optimization, etc. Provided strategic financial input and general leadership on decision making issues affecting the business. Led restructuring programs that improved operational efficiencies that drove improved margins in the business.

Responsible for financial communication with sell-side analysts, investors, rating agencies, & NYSE. Member of Delphi's transformation team that addressed key issues facing the company.
