I led an engineering department of 6 groups that supported product development, production capacity growth, and manufacturing efficiency improvements for all of Dart’s product lines and technologies including foam cup, paper, plastic, packaging automation, printing, and materials.

I led the Foam Cup Operations group in Engineering which had up to four teams supporting new product development, equipment efficiency improvement, and technical support for domestic and international manufacturing facilities producing Dart’s largest product line.

I led the Electrical Engineering group of two teams responsible for the design, programming, assembly, implementation, and support of the electrical control systems on production equipment in all manufacturing facilities.

I led a team of 10+ individuals responsible for design, programming, assembly, implementation, and support of electrical control systems for the plastic product lines in the manufacturing facilities.

I led electrical projects including design, programming, testing, and implementation of electrical control systems for thermoformed product handling equipment.
