* Running of Procurement projects for both direct and indirect spend. * Develop a sourcing strategy for different Spend area e.g Enginerring,Production,Quality,Environmental,Health and safety * Assist in procurement audits and make follow up on CAPAS and ensure they are closed on time * Maintain effective communication and relationship development with site procurement and other departments. * Assist in supplier performance measurement by producing relevant reports to stake holders * Achieve lowest sustainable cost of goods and services at a local level * Ensure supplier contracts provide protection for GSK intellectual property as well as developing new intellectual property for GSK. * Ensure supplier compliance with GSK safety, health, human rights, environmental and quality requirements. * Purchase order generation for both indirect and direct spend

*  Drafting Terms of Reference(TOR) and contract agreements between the bidder and the buyer *  Raising LPOs, LSOs and Contract Agreements for awarded suppliers *  Prepairing the evaluation criteria according to the TOR for Expression of Interests(EOI’s) and Request for Proposal(RFP’s)for various consultancies *  Monitor status of existing requisitions and maintain contact with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and payment of goods and service *  Translating requisitions from user departments into orders *  Preparation of Procurement plans and scheduling purchases
