Responsible for initial contact and sales with customers and clients. After the sale, I managed the construction process until the job was complete to the customer's satisfaction. The process included: Tear out (demo) of existing kitchen or bath countertops, masking and covering entire floor and around walls where necessary, replacing or modifying substrate, setting edge forms, mixing the epoxy product and pouring new tops. The tops were textured and colored to look like natural stone and then sealed. I also managed the tile, plumbing, and electrical (if needed) so the customers did not have to worry about scheduling around everyone else.

Responsible for coordinating the process in new home construction. Responsibilities included managing all trades and vendors, accurate take offs, budgeting, purchasing, invoicing, inspecting the quality of work and products onsite, and checking for compliance with the plan details and specifications for the project. It also included, communicating with sales dept., managers, decorators, city inspectors and homeowners to ensure the end product was exemplary to all parties. I was in charge of maintenance of model homes, the safety program for our projects, and the overall appearance of the subdivisions.

Responsible for managing construction teams on various commercial and industrial projects. Overseeing onsite safety. Projects were located across the U.S. on various government bases including Barksdale Air Force Base Bossier City LA. (B52 Hangers, Weapons storage silos), Camp Lejeune Jacksonville NC. (Barracks), and MCAS Beaufort, SC. (Barracks). Other large projects managed include UT @ Tyler Cowan Center and Green Acres Baptist Church Sanctuary (Tyler).

Responsible for the project administration and field observations including quality checks for compliance with the architectural plan details and specifications. Observations were documented in a weekly field report detailing the progress and status of the project, stage compliance, and other important information such as new or pending issues. In addition, responsibilities included database entries for RFI s, notes on submittal reviews, evaluation of pay applications, maintenance of accurate records and addendums, and retention of an up to date set of As Built for each project. Projects included education and religious facilities such as high school additions, elementary schools, gyms, churches and track additions and/or renovations.
