Brandon Brito is a leading television and film executive with more than 20 years of experience developing and producing premium, genre-defining content across streaming, broadcast, and film. He has been a key player behind some of Hollywood’s most acclaimed properties, bringing a deep understanding of both creative vision and global market strategy.Since 2018, Brito has served on the leadership team of AppleTV+’s International Content division, where he oversees creative development and series programming for Spain, Latin America, and U.S. Hispanic audiences handling original series, co-productions and acquisitions. His slate includes the Critics’ Choice Award-winning bilingual comedy Acapulco (starring Eugenio Derbez), Imagen and Rose d’Or winner Land of Women (starring Eva Longoria), and acclaimed Apple Originals such as Echo 3 (created by Academy Award-winner Mark Boal), Las Azules, Midnight Family, Now & Then, and AppleTV+’s first Korean-language series, Dr. Brain by Kim Jee-Woon.Before Apple, Brito was Senior Vice President and Head of Drama at 20th Century Fox Television Studios, where he guided the creative teams behind Empire, This Is Us, The Resident, The Gifted, and The Passage. He previously spent four years at Fox 21 as Vice President, where he was integral to the development of Homeland, American Crime Story: The People vs. O.J. Simpson, Sons of Anarchy, and Salem.Previously, Brito was an executive at Television 360, where he sold over a dozen pilots, including NBC’s I Am Victor and AMC’s The Terror. As Vice President of Tribeca Productions, he oversaw television and film development for Robert De Niro and Jane Rosenthal, driving projects such as Bohemian Rhapsody, Little Fockers, Public Enemies, HBO’s The Wizard of Lies, and CBS’s NYC 22. He began his career at Jay Roach’s Everyman Pictures, contributing to comedy classics such as Meet the Fockers, Borat, and Austin Powers in Goldmember.A Miami native and graduate of the University of Miami, Brito brings a bilingual, cross-cultural perspective to his work, championing diverse voices, perspectives, and innovative storytelling worldwide.
