As the Metrc Manager at PCM, I was the center of all operations from intake to fulfillment. At one time considered the "Costco of Cannabis"; I was tasked with parsing, tagging, and labelling thousands of pounds of product to put on the showroom floor while simultaneously fulfilling orders, creating circulars for reps, sending invoices to the accountant, and reconciling METRC. Additionally, I had written python scripts to optimize and automate some of the computer work; effectively shortening the step-by-step SOPs they had in place.
