With nearly two decades of experience in Risk Management within the High-Net-Worth insurance sector, I made the strategic decision to join Marsh & McLennan Agency, viewing it as a pivotal step in my career. While I have always enjoyed client-facing roles, moving to the agency side has allowed me to engage with clients more directly and frequently, deepening those relationships. I pride myself on being an out-of-the-box thinker, driven by a passion for problem-solving. In the most challenging insurance market of my career, this mindset has become essential. My role at MMA PCS has enabled me to address a gap in the industry that many may not have recognized—or have chosen to overlook. Having inspected homes across over 35 states, the Caribbean, and conducted virtual property reviews abroad, I possess a comprehensive understanding of potential losses within a home and the catastrophic risks associated with its geographical location. I firmly believe that every property deserves an insurance policy, and I am dedicated to helping carriers see the value in underwriting these unique risks. I am someone who thrives on challenges and refuses to accept "no" as an answer, especially when I know the value of what I bring to the table. This tenacity was evident during my time on the carrier side, and it has only intensified since I transitioned to the agency side of the insurance industry.
