Hockey Canada's Steering Committee was formed to oversee the strategic planning process for formal recommendations to guide the organization’s next women’s and girls’ hockey strategic plan…to be on the leading edge of identifying and addressing gaps in the current system to provide women and girls with even more opportunities to thrive in the future.

Hockey Canada Foundation’s vision is to be Canada’s Premier Amateur sports Foundation with a supporting mission to provide needed financial support that will remove barriers and grow the game ensuring success on and off the ice. To support bringing kids & communities into the game; to stay in the game & grow from & beyond the game.

Through the overwhelming generosity of our communities, the Foundation's mission is to create, organize and effectively manage a comprehensive fundraising program for support of current and future expansion.

The Ladies First Hockey Foundation supports the players of Canada's National/Olympic Women’s Hockey Team & Development Program; while also working in partnership with Hockey Canada for team fundraising support and Olympic support through the “Family and Friends” program initiative. The Ladies First Hockey Foundation is also a proud Foundation in support of the National Program’s development and overall sport of Canadian Women’s Hockey. Women’s hockey continues to be one of the most explosive growth sports in Canada and without question the National Team program and players help define the sport on a world scale. Proudly the Ladies First Hockey Foundation is in place to help these incredible National & Olympic athletes as overall ambassadors of Canada while supporting the development of Canadian Women’s Hockey. Commitment primarily as Chair (and Director roles) focused on Accountable Governance, Entrepreneurial Culture, Organizational & Asset Development, Strategic Planning and a passion to help drive empowerment of women in sport. The Canadian Women's Hockey League was the most premier professional women's hockey league in the world. The CWHL was a centrally funded league meaning all participating teams in the CWHL received equal access to funding and were given the same opportunities to succeed. Every dollar went towards building a league that was dedicated to raising the profile of women's hockey while providing a professional home where the best female hockey players in the World came to train and compete for the Clarkson Cup. These elite athletes — are...professionals; past NCAA/USports stars; many are past, present & future Olympic & National Team players from different worldwide countries. The CWHL game was built on speed, skill and finesse and represented a family friendly environment where access to world class role models became possible. Teams included the Toronto Furies (partnered with Toronto Maple Leafs), Boston/Worcester Blades, Les Canadiennes de Montreal (partnered with Montreal Canadiens), Markham Thunder (previously Brampton Thunder), KRS Vanke Red Star (China) and Calgary Inferno (partnered with Calgary Flames). The CWHL was dedicated to Building Dreams & Building Leaders.

AIA is one of Canada's single largest national trade associations representing the automotive aftermarket industry in Canada. The aftermarket is a $20+ billion industry that employs more than 425,000 people. The industry is composed of companies that manufacture, distribute and install automotive replacement parts, accessories, tools, and equipment. AIA represents manufacturers, re-builders, manufacturers agents, warehouse distributors, national distributors, buying groups, wholesalers, machine shops, retailers, and through its councils, the interests of collision repair shops and automotive service and repair outlets. AIA’s mandate is to promote, educate and represent members in all areas that impact the growth and prosperity of the industry.

Primary Focus and Initiatives including leading large scale Governance Review & change execution; long-term Strategic Planning, Board Culture Development focused on Accountability and overall Industry positioning in Government Relations (such as Right-2-Repair). Proudly the youngest Chair in the history of the Association at that time.
