1. Manage nitrile glove production lines and ensure glove product quality meets EN455 and ASTM-D6319 standards. 2. Prepare production planning with TPM & coordinate with other departments to ensure minimum downtime and achieve shipment date. 3. Troubleshoot and solve production defects, improve consistency of product quality and reduce customer complaint and third party inspection failure. 4. Handle customer complaint by investigating root cause of defect from defect sample and prepare CAPAR to customer. 5. Participate in audit preparation for ISO9001, ISO13485, BRC and Business BSCI. 6. Ensure documented checklist and reports are checked and reviewed on a timely basis and attend for rectification and resolution jobs. 7. Evaluate and compare suppliers quality, timeliness, and performance in consumable items supply and improvement projects. 8. Implement and promote lean manufacturing with 5s practices to eliminate wastage and increase productivity. 9. Supervise over 20 engineers and operators to achieve optimum product quality. 10. Assist Production Manager in analyze SCADA data, perform cost control initiatives and handle third party inspection and visit.

1. Commission automation and digitalization projects to reduce latex & chemical weighing variance and minimize adjustment. 2. Prepare raw material planning and procurement to ensure optimum inventory control and on time delivery of compounded latex to production department. 3. Handle relationship with latex & chemical suppliers to ensure timely delivery and collaboration project for quality and cost improvement. 4. Continuously study for alternative raw material for cost reduction and quality improvement. 5. Assist Compounding Manager in manpower arrangement, customer complaints and cost control.
