My current role is in HR as the Program Manager for the end-to-end process of the Fuel MIT LGO program, a collaboration between MIT and Amgen as a partner company The Leaders for Global Operations (LGO) program is a premier program for developing leaders who bring a management perspective and a deep technical understanding to operations-oriented companies. The program is a collaboration among the MIT Sloan School of Management, the MIT School of Engineering, and industry partners. Previous positions included Program Manager supporting the Operations Global Networks as part of the Operations Performance Excellence team. ILT support for Commercial Training & Development as part of the Learning Operations organization and project work in Operations PMO where my role expanded to take on the responsibilities of Logistical Project Coordinator for the annual POQ PMO Director and Above Leadership Summits, held in Boston and Pasadena in 2007. My first position at Amgen in 2003 was in Corporate Communications. Prior to Amgen I worked in Marketing and Communications.
