As a web reservations agent at Red Tag, my responsibilities include processing bookings, credit card verifications, and providing superior customer service. Exhibiting a positive, friendly and helpful attitude is necessary in order to provide the best customer service to clients over the phone. In this position, my abilities to learn quickly and to multi-task have greatly allowed me to excel in a short period of time. My extensive background in customer service enables me to effectively and efficiently deal with customer’s needs over the phone.

At Centennial College, I obtained valuable skills and experience that has enabled me to be able to work in the travel and tourism industry. Centennial provided a solid foundation of travel industry knowledge and terminology that will allow me to easily integrate into this field. I will also gain valuable hands-on experience through an internship placement which will provide a strong awareness of the travel industry as well as and extensive pre-career experience.

As a server, I provide exceptional table service to promote guest satisfaction in an efficient and professional manner. In this position, I have developed valuable people skills and learned the ability to anticipate and deliver to the needs of a broad scope of clientele. I have learned how to kindly and effectively serve customers and give them the opportunity to have a fantastic dining experience.

As a cosmetician at shoppers drug mart, my duties included collecting money and handling cash sales while helping customers find the perfect beauty products to meet their needs. In addition, I also received extensive experience in merchandising retail products and following planograms. My main responsibilities included a focus on selling higher-end cosmetic lines and meeting sales targets. I received extensive sales and product training from various cosmetic lines.
