In my present association, I am aiding in defining and executing strategic and tactical objectives including establishing the IT operations governance processes, risk management and technology architecture to ensure secure, stable, scale-able systems meeting the dynamic and evolving business needs of the organization. In order to achieve new and existing business strategies/goals, I lead technology planning, driving the implementation of best practices throughout the IT organization. Assuring Design, Development, Testing, Delivery, Go-Live & Security, Training / Support, Product Documentation (API, User Manual, FAQs, Software Manual), Marketing Protection (Pitch Deck, Demos), Price / Liaison Model. Driving engineering best practice (CI/CD, TDD, and peer reviews, etc.). As a Solution Provider, I manage end-to-end projects right from conceptualization and visualization to technology mapping and final execution of projects along with handling reporting on project progress for North America, EMEA, Canada, Australia on global goods & project deliveries. In the senior capacity, I headed more than 100+ professionals including UX, UI, development and testing teams of various technologies(Java, .Net). I innovated, developed and led the product development team for more than half a dozen products including drysign. global (Digital signature platform); ERIS (Asset Management) and Workplace (HRMS) and is responsible for rolling out for Global (EMEA/Americas and APAC). Achievements: Ramped-up the team from 10 to 100’s with key involvement in aligning, grooming and preparing Managers and Team Leaders for executing mission-focused projects.  Transformed the group into a high performing team and delivered critical application development and maintenance support for 40+ clients in Europe, Canada and North America, supporting multiple products and platforms.  Introduced and implemented Scrum in the Pune and Hyderabad based teams and drew desired team results by the way of driving hassle-free communication to ensure a common understanding of required product quality.

In this role, I led multiple teams, technical professionals and functional specialists for leading Advanced MD product. I drove holistic and estimable results in high quality product delivery, process improvement and client satisfaction. Value I offered to the business: Established a Global Delivery Group by building a focused team of 30+ resources in Hyderabad operations, and implemented Agile/Scrum.  Recorded 99% client satisfaction by navigating consistent, and high quality deliveries from offshore development facility.  Successfully led the Technical Focus Group of young and dynamic professionals accountable for taking up the incubation projects, technical challenges and providing best-in-class resolutions. Accolades - Awarded as a Best Software Design Team and Won Category Development Award (Application Tracking System).

I administered design and implementation process with blended development teams from on-shore & near-shore resources.  Designed Financial Planning Applications scalable for clients like Fidelity, Home Depot, and Time Warner.  Troubleshot and resolved various defects, errors and issues encountered in technologies like Microsoft, .Net; million buffer gate’s issue on the Oracle Server with CPU usage at 100% Accolades - Accorded with Gold and Platinum Awards for effective and on-time delivery of 4 simultaneous projects @Bank of America/Merrill Lynch.

In a product development role, I was accountable for conducting analysis, design, verification, demonstration and maintenance of products in a process-driven, team environment. I directed a team of 8 people (onshore) and developed various financial modules. I coded, implemented and integrated complex software programs using technologies such as Multithreading, Web Services, Oracle, MSMQ, .Net, UML.  Performed detailed design of financial modules such as Account Balance, Account Performance, Enrolment, Savings Rate, Investment Direction, Fund Description, Goal Manager, Retail Accounts, SDA Automated Account Opening, Consolidated Acct Balance & Net Pay Model along with their implementation, and documentation  Integrated software modules developed and performed integration testing; successfully performed seamless integration of Financial Engines (www.financialengines.com) into benefits online platform (benefits.ml.com), a first of its kind in the financial industry in 1999.

Graduated from NIT Warangal with Master's in Technology in Instrumentation domain, and was part of the in-house project on Robotics., Designed hardware and software for the Project.
