I am the founder of Yu, a consumer foods brand that is re-imagining packaged foods with 100% natural ingredients and zero preservatives. My mission is to provide consumers with wholesome, nutritious, and delicious meals that are crafted using advanced food science technology and artisan recipes. Yu Foods has a wide range of instant meal bowls that retain their original taste and aroma, using the freshest and finest ingredients. With over 15 years of experience in the food and consumer sectors, I have a strong background in investments, incubation, and growth strategy. I have led and advised over 10 businesses across India, UK, and US, spanning hospitality, retail, and agri industries. I am an alumni of Columbia University, where I studied finance, and have worked in private equity, family office investing, and investment banking. I have a passion for innovation, sustainability, and quality in the food industry.
