Using React developed a responsive online education website for internal use.

Analyze and manage the data of more than 10,000 products (Grocery) in 8 warehouses in 5 cities in North America (Toronto, New York, Seattle, San Francisco and Los Angeles). Monitor key metrics of merchandising including cost, sale, revenu, pricing, operations and marketing cost and inventory, create and track KPIs, instruct purchasers to order products to optimize category structure. Perform complex data analysis and create weekly and monthly reports and to communicate complex insights to operation teams, both verbally and in writing. Participating in conversations with business unit leadership to support decision-making. Partner with Data Engineering to support of BI needs and ensure the proper tracking and quality of the data.

Managed C$30M business for the Fashion Department and achieved revenue growth of 150% for 2 years. Managed over 200 vendors and more than 3000 SKU.

Established the Cross-Border Department and grew its sales from C$0 to C$60M over one year period which eventually became an important part of driving the company's IPO. Managed all aspects of the E-commerce division and oversaw day-to-day operations focusing on sales and marketing activities.
