As the Head of Technology Risk Management at SPD Bank, one of the largest commercial banks in China, I lead the Bank for ensuring the security, resilience, and compliance of the bank's IT infrastructure and systems. I have been in this role for more than 10 years, and I am ISACA Platinum member. In addition, I am holder of CISA/CRISC/CPFinT(M) /CPFinT(S-AIBD)/CPFinT(S-RT)/CPFinT(S-OBAPI) certifications. My core competencies include information security management, technology governance and compliance, business intelligence, and change management. I have successfully implemented and maintained various security standards, frameworks, and best practices, such as ISO 27001, COBIT, and NIST. I have also developed and delivered strategic business intelligence solutions that support the bank's decision making, risk assessment, and performance measurement. I am passionate about leveraging technology to enhance the bank's competitiveness, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
