Responsible for organizing payments and refunds to and from the Alpha Kappa Psi bank account to ensure proper working capital management procedures along with sound accounting practices. Coordinate with the Vice President of Finance during biweekly meetings to discuss the most optimal use of AKPsi's budget and allocation of sponsored cash flows.

Source and organize donations of sports equipment from equipment suppliers and donors for redistribution to children in need locally and globally. Contact new organizations for potential partnerships, in addition to maintaining relationships with already established partner organizations. Organized a softball tournament fundraiser to aid in the costs of shipping donated equipment to charitable organizations around the world.
