• Create high quality user guides and other documentation resources for Parcel Perform’s product and services • Responsible to ensure that the right information is available for business and technical users of the software in the right place and at the right time • Liaise with internal cross-functional teams to gain a thorough understanding of product features and documentation requirements • Work closely with Product Managers, Key Account Managers, Business Development Managers and the Customer Success teams to create high-quality documentation and any other forms of modern user assistance content • Walk in the customers’ shoes by playing with the software and ensure that the documentation reflects best practices • Help define, apply, and maintain writing processes, language standards, localization protocols, and interaction patterns to drive consistency in Parcel Perform's voice • Propose structural and organizational improvements to the documentation set • Work with the Sales and Marketing teams to create content for the Developer’s Portal. The content created here can also be used by other teams for platforms such as LinkedIn or for other mediums of communication to Customers in the forms of blog posts or write-ups

• Responsible to ensure that the right information is available for business and technical users of the software in the right place and at the right time • Worked closely with the Development, UX, Product Management and Technical Support teams to create high-quality documentation, in-app user assistance, UI text, release notes and any other form of modern user assistance content • Worked with the Product Management team to create admin guides that demonstrate how to configure, customize, implement and fine-tune In Mind Cloud applications with sample examples for best practices • Proposed structural and organizational improvements to the documentation set • Defined terminology that is simple, consistent and conforms to the manufacturing industry standards • Worked with the Development teams, User Experience colleagues, Product Management and other roles to enable users to configure and use our software

• Took part in the SIA App Challenge • Demonstrated research skills and proposed possible solutions to deal with emerging aviation industry challenges • Conducted feasibility studies on projects at the SIA KrisLab • Assessed some of the identified technologies and applications if they had the potential for implementation • Had the chance to craft a business case and build a pitch deck for a future business idea, solution or product

• The Research Institute specializes in sensor technology • Worked on developing new Android mobile applications for mass testing and utilization • Was attached there as part of Singapore Polytechnic's Overseas Internship Training Program • Learnt how to use Java Object Oriented Design Programming to code different aspects of mobile applications • Tested applications on emulators • Learnt how to incorporate applications such as Baidu Maps into the Android applications and integrate all the different components

• Collected data on mobile devices using an application Sheet2 daily for the planning of office layouts and productivity of staff as part of future projects • Worked with Singtel for this assignment
