Ben Doering

As a member of Generac's Supply Chain Leadership Development Program, I have had the opportunity to work in various roles that have given me a comprehensive understanding of the supply chain process. My roles have included Materials Process Analyst, Production Planner for Fabrication, and Corporate Supply Planner. I have been part of cross-functional teams, including the Supply Chain Transition Team, where I played an integral role in assisting with acquisitions for the Chore Group at Generac. These experiences have allowed me to develop my skills in collaboration, communication, and problem-solving. I am excited to continue my career at Generac and contribute to the company's success.
