Manage the production of retail ready tray sealed beef products for Bindaree Beef domestic and export customer base. Plan production Excute production across 2 x shifts to ensure all orders are completed on quality and dealines. Plan manning's/roster Continuous improvement-efficiencies and volume Introduce and assist in development of new products Costing's and P+L management KPI reporting Endorse and support safety and QA/QC controls Host customers onsite to develop business Work with planning team to execute raw material co-ordination and complete orders by DIFOTQ. Work with sales team to provide feedback in a timely manner across the stakeholders within the business. Facilitate daily and weekly team meetings to ensure clear communication and culture endorsement is maintained and upheld with the production teams. Provide and assist in personal development for team leaders and supervisors through WIP ( Work in progress) one on one meetings.
