Negotiating terms, prices, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals. Creating and processing purchase requisitions and purchase orders in the S2P system. Ensuring compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and audit requirements. Following up with suppliers for order confirmation, delivery timelines, and service levels. Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with internal teams for replenishment. Managing vendor relationships and addressing supplier issues or escalations. Reviewing invoices and coordinating with finance teams to resolve mismatches in the P2P cycle. Tracking procurement KPIs and preparing MIS reports for management review. Improving procurement processes and implementing cost-saving initiatives. Supporting end-to-end Source to Pay activities and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
